Sign a document
Step 1 — pick a file. It is hashed locally, nothing is uploaded.
Step 2 — register the document hash.
Step 3 — add a signature, approval or rejection.
Verify a document
Drop the file you received. We hash it in your browser and look up any signatures recorded against that exact hash. The file is never uploaded.
Why we built Signatrust Sign on the same receipts as AI decisions
A signed contract and an AI decision are the same question with different actors: "who did what, when, under what authority — and can anyone prove it later without trusting you?". Sharing the engine means a single ledger, a single trust score, a single compliance report — across human and AI actors.
Zero custody
The document is hashed in your browser via the Web Crypto API. Signatrust stores only the SHA-256 hash and a human-readable title — never the file content.
Independently verifiable
Each signature is a Decision Receipt with an Ed25519 signature anyone can check against the published node key — no Signatrust account required to verify.
Same ledger, same score
Document signatures and AI decisions share the append-only ledger and feed the same Trust Score, Compliance report and Risk Profile.
